So how am I doing on my New Year’s Resolution to be as healthy as Rob Lowe in Parks & Rec? Still just okay, but I have consistently worked out.
Here’s what I’ve been doing:
I love Cassey Ho’s monthly workout calendar, but doing it daily got a little boring, so now I do it just three days a week and classes three days a week to keep things interesting.
I haven’t seen results, but I feel really good, so hopefully that’s something.
