So how am I doing on my New Year’s Resolution to be as healthy as Rob Lowe in Parks & Rec?
Okay.
I’ve eaten okay. I’ve sometimes written down three gratitude’s and I meditated once or twice. But the good news is, I’ve consistently worked out.
But not with my plan below.
Because of epic-high cedar pollen counts, I can’t jog outside or exercise too long inside without getting breathless. But I can follow Cassey Ho’s best work-out schedule ever: 21 Day Tone.
It’s 21 minutes a day for 21 days straight of cardio paired with weights and different muscle groups, except for Sundays, which is stretching only.
This has been my favorite work-out series ever!
