So the power of 3 isn’t working for me.
In just the first week of 2022, I’ve failed at half my resolutions. Even though I’ve written, jogged and eaten mostly salad. Every. Day.
Since getting fit and published are the things I’m striving for (and I’m making progress daily), I realized the truth: I made my resolutions too hard.
So I’m going to scale them way back.
Here are my 2022 resolutions, take 2:
Run for 30 minutes, 5 days a week (run and done)
Eat mostly salads
Read or write every time I catch myself scrolling social media (how I ended up writing this post with the Wix app on my phone)
